The 4th International Symposium on Health and the Sea took place on the 4th and the 5th October 2007.
It was a flagship event of the year. Place of exchanges on the health applications of marine resources.
It brought a shed light on the latest scientific discoveries and techniques of marine products and by-products.
In 2007, the 4th International Symposium on Health and the Sea offers:

Participants of the 4th International Symposium selected abstracts and awarded a prize for the best one. The prizewinner, M. Laurent Bazinet from Laval University in Quebec, was awarded during the official gala on the 4th October by the magazine “La recherche” and the representant of Marine Institute of Ireland.
